About Romantic Tensions

"Romantic Tensions" was created to honor the realtionship between Aya Mikage, Tooya, & Yuuhi Aogiri of the anime/manga Ayashi no Ceres. The site was previously owned and run by Syaokura. She graciously gave it to me June 1, 2006 and is a part of Mushroom Samba and Akane, and Scarlet Tears. Site owned and maintained by FallenAngelCeres.

About Ayashi no Ceres

Ayashi no Ceres, or Ceres Celestial Legend, is the story of a 16 year old girl named Aya Mikage. She starts off as your average japanese highschool student. She and her twin brother Aki are approach their 16th birthday. On this day, everything changes, after visiting their grandpa's for what was suppose to be a "birthday party" Aki and Aya are tragically seperated. Aya soon finds out that she is the decendant of a celestial maiden named Ceres. Also on this day she meets Tooya, the man of her destiny. The Mikage want to rid of Ceres, meaning they want to kill Aya. Aki however, is considered the chosen one and they are willing to protect him at all costs. There is one person of the Mikage who doesn't want to destroy Ceres. Aya's cousin Kagami Mikage would rather study her and harness the true power of the celestial being. He creats the C-Project to do just this. Aya comes across many enimies and allies throughout the series. She battles her mix of emotions while Ceres, who embodies her, tries to complete her mission of destroying the Mikage. It is a story of suffering, love, tears, and strength. About Aya, Tooya, & Yuuhi

In the series you can see a slight struggle and some tension between Tooya & Yuuhi for Aya's love. Aya even struggles not knowing the feelings she truly has for Yuuhi. Throughout the series Aya falls in love with Tooya (head over heals). She stays with the Aogiri family, with Yuuhi and Suzumi. Yuuhi begins to have feelings for Aya and at one point throws himself onto her. At this time the thoughts of her true feelings for Yuuhi run through her head. However, she still remains faithful to Tooya. At one point Tooya tells Aya that she has someone better for her that cares for her, meaning Yuuhi, who was obviously very protective of Aya. In the end of the series the tensions seems to die down, Yuuhi still loves Aya, but suppresses it and controls it. Tooya tells Yuuhi that when the time comes, he wants Yuuhi to protect Aya and the child that Aya and Tooya would have.
